It stays around only as long as you need it. Casey Container bottles biodegrade only when introduced into a landfill environment. They will not begin to biodegrade in a warehouse, on a truck, in a grocery store, or in your home – and it doesn’t require a compost environment.

It will also recycle just fine, fitting into a normal recycle stream without special equipment or sorting.
